How To Print Name Badges
You can either upload files for us to print or use our free design tool to create your badge design. No matter which approach you take, the options on this page all print in your choice of heavy card stock or synthetic film (similar to laminated but more durable). To get started, choose what sort of template you need. Our design or print your own badges are available in these sizes:
- Standard Vertical (2.71" x 4.14") - Classic name tag size in portrait orientation
- Standard Horizontal (4.14" x 2.71") - Same size but in landscape orientation for wider layouts
- Large Vertical (3.5" x 5.5") - Bigger portrait badge with more space for logos and details
- Large Horizontal (5.5" x 3.5") - Large landscape badge ideal for conferences with room for name, title, and branding
- Extra Long (3.69" x 8.49") - Tall, narrow badge perfect for lanyards or unique eye-catching shape
If you have a special size or material (like plastic) in mind, or would prefer to use a pre-designed template for your tags, check out our custom event badge options.
Design Your Own
To make your event badges from scratch, choose your badge size and format, then create your layout. Using our design tool, you can add backgrounds, images, text, company logos, QR codes, and more. Select fonts, colors, and layouts to match your event branding. When you're ready, approve the instant proof, and we'll get to work.
Upload and Print
If you have design files ready to go, simply select your badge size, click on 'add image' and upload as a background. You can also upload a CSV file with variable data to customize individual badges for different attendees, VIP guests, and staff.
