We've been using TicketPrinting for years (now eventgroove). Orders are always great, but this time were darker somehow. I contacted them directly. They immediately printed replacements and shipped overnight to us.

The customer support was great. I was not sure which sticker would work for my needs, they sent me samples of each type they had so you can touch them and determine which one may work. For designing my parking pass I couldn't find exactly what I needed so they let me know you just explain it in the "NOTES" segment of what you want and they design it for you. You get a PROOF sent to you and go from there. I'm happy with what I received.

First of all, we Love your business, products and service! But to be honest, there have been some hiccups with our last simple "reorder" - our re-order of circular vinyl stickers arrived not cut circular, so they ended up being a circle logo on a square of white. I called back and reported, customer service was great and was told they would re-print and ship. I asked if I needed to send back the square versions, and was told to keep them. So the re-print of the order arrived this week, while the circular logo is indeed cut to be a circle sticker, there is no longer a white circular border around our logo (no big deal, that is fine) but the stickers themselves are not shinny and are instead dull and a little muted in color, compared to our last order. And the stickers came printed on long strips and we are having to cut them apart ourselves. We are just a two-person staff of a small non-profit, and we are now having to take our work time to sit and cut stickers apart, not cool on our end of things. I was not going to complain, but just noticing the dullness and muted color of the stickers coupled with reading this email asking for my opinion, encouraged me to reach out this way. Had the reissue of stickers come exactly as we had ordered, shinny/cut in a circle/singular instead of a strip, we would have been completely satisfied.

My first order of stickers from ticket printing did not come out correctly. Ticket printing took immediate attention and was able to print my stickers out within a few days and get them to me before the grand opening of my business. I am very happy with their service and I thank them for helping me with my first order.

This is the second time I've ordered stickers. The first batch, ordered years ago are still going strong, resisting the weather on my vehicle and others. This second batch arrived 2 days before I expected them and like the previous order appear to be very well made. While I may not be a big customer they treat me like my order is important to them. I'll be back again.

Pretty thin

Great product. Easy and reasonably priced. Not sure why you mail in such a large box. Maybe that's why postage is so expensive when ordering.

I have to admit I was skeptical about TicketPrinting.com after reviewing their price versus their competetors who were quoting me 2-4 times the amount. I needed some vinyl backed stickers printed for an event and I had a very tight timeline to get it done. The stickers couldn't be delivered until the morning of the event, so I was very nervous about the transaction. However, TicketPrinting.com came through - my stickers arrived as promised, my event goers were pleased with them, and I'm a new fan of TicketPrinting.com!
