I received the tickets on a very timely manner. Very professional and the size is perfect. The only issue I had is that they were a little too dark. I loved the format but the background wasn't adjustable. I didn't want to create one from scratch. Overall I would give a four plus rating on the product and website.

Thought the Pre-formatted ticket was great. The only issue I had was while the white Type on the ticket looked great on all the color boxes on the screen when we received them the white type in the Yellow Box did not show well. That why I only gave you four stars.

We have ordered each year for our annual event. The design and timeliness of the product is unmatched for the price. However, the customization does not allow adding text fields. Otherwise, the product and ease of use is great!
