I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your tickets. Not sure what you were expecting, if you thought it might be a metallic gold or if you thought it would be glossier. The recycled paper is a smooth paper not glossy. We do have that option however it is harder to write on when doing a raffle. I tried to call and had to leave a message. The tickets looked good but were a bit smaller in size than I expected, which made the font very tiny in turn. But overall, really good product at a good price
