I know it can sometimes be frustrating if you have more text in one line. Another option for you is to use the Design Your Own service. https://products.eventgroove.com/design-your-own/editor/raffle-ticket/ You can add the template background that you used:  And use a text layout template to start out:  Once the text is on the ticket, you can change the size, font, color and location.
