Perfect printing, amazing customer service
The raffle tickets we had printed were perfect. And the online tool to design them was easy to use. When we had an issue with shipping, customer service stepped in, and re-printed the tickets and sent them out immediately, which made the difference for us in our event!

Loved them!
I've never ordered badges like this before and found that Eventgroove had the most competitive pricing. However, since it's an online order and I don't actually feel the paper and all the descriptors felt like a foreign language...I was worried I'd be disappointed by the quality once it arrived since we were choosing the best budget friendly option for our church. How delighted was I to find that the quality was superb! The design we created printed in vivid colors, the lightweight paper was so durable and the finish on the badge was just what I wanted. I found the ordering process to be easy and we couldn't have been happier with the finished product! Thank you! We will use for all our event needs! I made my raffle tickets quickly using the easy-to-use graphic designer. The print quality turned out better than I expected, and the delivery was right on time. Thankfully with the online chat service I was able to learn the exact steps to order additional tickets with sequential serial numbers. I highly recommend Eventgroove!

Quick and Quality
Love how easily I can perfectly customize to my need by uploading my own design and adding a CSV file. Product arrived much faster than anticipated and quality exceeds expectations.
One note is that I wish I could spot edit text from the CSV after upload. Longer names on badges didn’t fit so I had to revisit the file to adjust and then reupload but would have preferred to adjust just the one or two within Eventgroove. Now I know for next time, but could be a good future addition.

Created Production staff credentials, the option to number them is great. I can keep track of who has them and they are even bar coded so we can deactivate ones that are lost or misplaced etc. Best option out there for good looking pro badges.

Better than my "Friend's Discount"
I was going local to a "friend". As a graphic artist, I like to know my printers. But I needed tickets fast, and my friend takes forever to turn stuff around. Anyway, I took a chance and can't be happier. The price was very similar to my "friend's" discount. And the turn around was fast. The quality is identical to what I was ordering. I like the one side of the ticket to be business card size. That way the stub they keep has my info on it. So being able to put the perforation where I wanted was perfect. I will definitely order again!

Eventgroove was great to work with. I was skeptical wondering how designing and printing could be so easy at the price point they offered. They not only exceeded my expectations on my initial order but more on my second order. Wonderful resource
I left a raffle ticket in drafts (for free) for months which was helpful as I researched the event. The design process was easy and intuitive. Great experience for raffle tickets!
Our raffle tickets were beautiful. People actually complimented them at our large event. This was my first time using your company. I made a prototype, talked to a rep who answered quickly and answered some very silly questions I had. I received the tickets a few days later. Liked the old Style Better
Went to re prder a prviopus "Ticket" and had difficulties and found out it was no longer available. Replacement is larger and not as convenient for people to keep in their wallet. More expensive as well.

Part of the order was okay but more than 50% of order had image cropped. Give yourself extra room in “safe space” when doing layout.

6/27/2023Hi Steve, Sorry to hear about the outcome of the tickets. The bleed is the extra edge around your design that will get cut off when we cut your tickets (the red area). In the future please make sure your design extends to the edge of the canvas, but any text or important images remain inside the dotted line. The safety is the yellow area when you drag something to the edge of the canvas. Stuff in the yellow safety zone might get cut off too, so for best results, we recommend keeping everything inside that yellow line. We can reprint the ticket as a courtesy for free and you can just pay for the shipping fee. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you

Cardstock Conference Badges
What great looking badges. We ordered design your own with our logs and conference graphics and printed on Card Stock since they only needed to last a couple days. Great quality, and colors. Designing was fairly straight forward but took a few iterations to get exactly what we wanted. You choose the material at the end which effects the price so while we were designing them the program shoed a higher price than what we ended up choosing for material (card stock).

Nearly effortless
This was effortless! I was able to easily upload our design, and import names (I do wish I could have done more to format our "Volunteer" badges differently without having to buy another set- and to add some blank badges on without having to buy a minimum of 50 but otherwise, I'm blown away!). Turnaround time was AMAZING! I was able to wait until the week before the event to import names and order- they came in plenty of time and the cost was SO reasonable both in general and also for the shipping- even with expediting. Super pleased and will definitely use again!
